It was a very pleasant experience and easy experience to buy a truck when I first bought my truck. And the service department is excellent. I bought an extended warranty when I first bought the truck and the service department took care of every repair through the warranty and I didn't have a thing to worry about. The price isn't everything there is to buying a vehicle. How they treat you afterwards is worth the deal they will give you. I've been very pleased with them.

Matt was great. Took my truck in to have the fuel filter replaced. When that was done, he called for me and took me over to his computer and showed me know what else need to be done on my truck. Asked him if he could print those things out and he did.

I’m very pleased with the purchase of my 2016 Ram 3500. For 4 months I had been looking for a used Ram to replace my previously owned 2016 Ram 2500 HD, 6.7 Cummins. I was picky looking for a 2016 Ram 3500 with the 6.7 Cummins, an 8’ bed, the Ram puck tow package that my 2500 had with no luck. I was about ready to look at another 2500 HD. The planets must have been in alignment. Anderson Dodge had a recent 3500 trade in meeting all my requirements. Problem was it was missing the OEM puck tow package as advertised, a definite issue for me. “Brandon” at Anderson went above & beyond, was able to find the OEM puck system which Dodge has discontinued. Anderson had it shipped & installed it, no extra charge as well as delivered the truck 75 miles to my door! I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with Anderson Dodge Ram and especially with Brandon again!

If I could give even less than one star, I absolutely would. I took my Jeep in because my engine light was on. I told him not to shut the JEEP off until it was diagnosed. They plugged it in and said oh yes, it needs a fuel sensor, which I said yes the fuel gauge hasn’t worked in the last two years and I’ve been trying to get the engine light to come back on for the last six months so then they took the jeep for a couple of days and then called me and said oh we can’t get the engine light to come back on to diagnose it now because they shut it off and then go off of Lacey’s diagnosis when she plugged it in when I checked the pick up in I absolutely will not ever do any more business With Anderson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and this is the second time I’ve had my Jeep in there for the same problem now I have to wait for who knows how long to get the light to come back on hopefully the warranty won’t run out before it gets fixed. Thanks for nothing guys.
